Our Proposals
Our Vision
Our plans for the site will see the creation of a high-quality, sustainable neighbourhood forming part of the Council’s strategic allocation of the site for new homes. The scheme has been developed to respect and enhance the site’s key green infrastructure and respond to the Council’s requirements.
Nature plays a key role in the plans, with green corridors, native planting, and open spaces that support wildlife and offer places for residents to relax and enjoy. Existing trees and hedgerows will be retained around the boundaries of the site, with new planting added to soften views and reinforce these buffers.
Our proposals seek to be a place designed for the community—now and for future generations. A place where people feel at home, connected to nature, and proud to live.
